Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

1 Prepare the Dish
If using microwave, remove any outer packaging. Peel back a corner of plastic wrap. Microwave, 4 minutes. While meal bakes, halve lemon and cut one half into wedges. Carefully remove from microwave. Stir, then replace plastic wrap on meal. Make sure meal is completely covered. Microwave until warmed through, 4-5 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave and add juice from half the lemon and 1/4 tsp. salt. Mix well, then garnish with cheese. Place garlic bread on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave until heated through, 2-3 minutes. Squeeze lemon wedges over meal to taste. Bon appétit!
If using oven, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove any outer packaging. Peel back a corner of plastic wrap. Place tray on baking sheet and bake in hot oven, 20 minutes. While meal bakes, halve lemon and cut one half into wedges. Carefully remove from oven and remove plastic wrap. Stir, then replace plastic wrap on meal. Make sure meal is completely covered. Place garlic bread on baking sheet with meal. Bake again until warmed through, 15-17 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave and add juice of half the lemon and 1/4 tsp. salt. Mix well, then garnish with cheese. Squeeze lemon wedges over meal to taste. Bon appétit!
