Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Prepare The Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine caulifower, peas, seasoned salt, and 1 tsp. olive oil in provided tray and push to one side. Top with mozzarella cheese.

    Add Chicken and Seasoning

    Pat chicken breasts dry, and season both sides with ¼ tsp salt and a pinch of pepper. Add to empty side of tray.

    Finish The Dish

    Add lemon juice to basil aioli until completely combined. Bake uncovered in a hot oven until cauliflower is tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 23-25 minutes. Top chicken with sauce and crispy onions on cauliflower mixture. Bon appétit!
