Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    Cook the Meal

    If using oven, preheat to 375 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Add mirepoix blend, demi-glace, seasoning blend, and ¾ cup water to provided tray. Cover with a damp paper towel and microwave until vegetables are tender, 4-5 minutes. If using oven, place on baking sheet and bake uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender, 12-15 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microwave and stir in chicken, peas, and cream sauce. Top with biscuits. Cover with a damp paper towel and microwave again until heated through, 2-3 minutes. If using oven, place on baking sheet and bake uncovered again in hot oven until heated through, 10-12 minutes. Bon appétit!
