Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Cook the Meal
If using oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Add mirepoix blend, demi-glace, seasoning blend, and 1/2 cup water to provided tray. Place on baking sheet and bake uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender, 15-18 minutes.Carefully remove tray from oven and stir in chicken, peas, and cream sauce. Top with biscuits. Place on baking sheet and bake uncovered again in hot oven until heated through, 10-12 minutes. Carefully remove from oven.
