Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine 1/4 cup water, demi-glace, chicken base, and cornstarch in provided tray.Stir in potatoes, carrots, and peas. Roast in hot oven, 10 minutes. Vegetables will continue cooking in a later step.Carefully remove from oven. -
2 Add the Chicken
Carefully push vegetables to one side of tray. Top with seasoning blend.
Place chicken breasts in empty side of tray and top with 1 tsp. olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. -
3 Bake the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Remove chicken to a plate and top with butter.Gently stir vegetables to coat with sauce. Bon appétit!
