1 Cook the Pasta
Once water is boiling, add pasta and cook until al dente, 10-12 minutes.
Drain pasta in a colander and set aside. Reserve pot; no need to wipe clean.While pasta cooks, prepare ingredients. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Cut mushrooms into 1/4" slices.

3 Cook the Chicken
Heat 2 tsp. olive oil in a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Add ground chicken, mushrooms, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper to hot pan. Stir occasionally, breaking up meat, until no pink remains on chicken and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 7-9 minutes.Remove from burner.While chicken cooks, make sauce. -
4 Make the Sauce
Return pot used to cook pasta to medium heat. Add 1 Tbsp. butter (not included in your box) to hot pot. Let melt.
Once melted, add 1 Tbsp. flour (not included in your box). Stir often until a light brown paste forms, 1-2 minutes.Add 3/4 cup milk (not included in your box), garlic salt, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer.Once simmering, stir occasionally until sauce thickens, 2-3 minutes.Remove from burner. -
5 Finish the Dish
Return pan with chicken to medium heat. Stir in sauce, pasta, peas, and cream cheese. Cook until combined and warmed through, 1-2 minutes.
Remove from burner.Plate as pictured on front of card. Bon appétit!
