To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Chop onions to 1-inch pieces
Juice ½ a lemon
In a medium saucepan, add 1 tsp olive oil
Cook onions for ⅔ minutes. Add mushrooms and cook for 4-5 minutes
Add garlic and cook 1 minute
Add cream and reduce by half
Spray a gratin dish and add onion mixture
Top with parmesan
Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes uncovered
In the same medium saucepan, add 1 tsp olive oil. Sprinkle ½ tsp of seasoning blend and ¼ tsp salt on chicken. Sear on each side for 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a baking sheet and finish in the oven.
Combine sour cream, juice from half the lemon, ½ tsp olive oil and remaining seasoning blend.
