Cooking Guidelines

1 Prep
Slice mushrooms Chop onions to 1-inch pieces Juice ½ a lemon Chop garlic

2 Make Gratin
In a medium saucepan, add 1 tsp olive oil Cook onions for ⅔ minutes. Add mushrooms and cook for 4-5 minutes Add garlic and cook 1 minute Add cream and reduce by half Spray a gratin dish and add onion mixture Top with parmesan Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes uncovered

3 Cook Chicken
In the same medium saucepan, add 1 tsp olive oil. Sprinkle ½ tsp of seasoning blend and ¼ tsp salt on chicken. Sear on each side for 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a baking sheet and finish in the oven.

4 Make Sauce
Combine sour cream, juice from half the lemon, ½ tsp olive oil and remaining seasoning blend.
