1 Microwave Instructions
Drain and rinse beans in a colander/strainer. Drain brisket and separate slices.
Combine brisket, beans, and corn in provided tray. Top with chimichurri (to taste) and 2 Tbsp. water. Cover tray with a damp paper towel.Microwave covered until brisket is heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave.Halve lime and juice. In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine slaw mix, 2 tsp. lime juice, and a pinch of salt.Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warmed, 30-60 seconds.If tortillas come folded, keep folded.To serve, fill tortillas with brisket mixture, slaw, sour cream, and crispy jalapeños (to taste). 2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection. Drain and rinse beans in a colander/strainer. Drain brisket and separate slices.
