Grill the Meal
Place grill bag on hot grill, window side up, and cook until onions are translucent, 15-18 minutes. Do not close grill; heat from a closed grill will cause grill bag window to melt.

If using ground turkey, follow same instructions, cooking until turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees.Remove patties from grill and top with cheese.Place buns on grill, cut-side down, and toast, 30-60 seconds. -

Slather bottom bun with chipotle mayo.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, placing burger on bun and topping with chimichurri, tortilla strips, and top bun. Garnish potatoes with sour cream. Bon appétit! -
For a Rainy Day...
If cooking indoors, preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet with foil and cooking spray. Toss potatoes and onions with 1 tsp. olive oil and seasoned salt on prepared baking sheet. Spread into a single layer and bake in hot oven until softened and browned, 12-15 minutes. Follow same instructions for forming burger patties. Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add patties to hot pan. Cook until lightly charred and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes per side. Toast buns in hot oven, 2-3 minutes. Follow instructions for plating. Bon appétit!
