1 cooking chicken
large non stick 3T oil, medium high heat
toss chicken in cornstarch with 1/4 t salt and pinch of pepperadd chicken to a pan, sear 3-4 minutes, stir and continue to cook until 165 -
2 cooking broccoli
while chicken cooks heat medium non stick over medium high heat with 1 T oil
add broccoli and season with pinch of salt and peppersear 3 minutes, stir cook 3 minutesonce cooked add to pan with chicken to finish sauce -
3 finish chicken and broccoli
once broccoli and chicken are in the pan add soy sauce, chili garlic sauce and honey w/ 1/4 c water
toss to coat and remove from the heat -
4 heat noodles
microwaveable bowl, add noodles with 1t water, cover with damp paper towels and pinch of salt
heat for 2 minutes, stir and platetop with chicken broccoli mix
