Cooking Guidelines

    cooking chicken

    large non stick 3T oil, medium high heat

    toss chicken in cornstarch with 1/4 t salt and pinch of pepper

    add chicken to a pan, sear 3-4 minutes, stir and continue to cook until 165

    cooking broccoli

    while chicken cooks heat medium non stick over medium high heat with 1 T oil

    add broccoli and season with pinch of salt and pepper

    sear 3 minutes, stir cook 3 minutes

    once cooked add to pan with chicken to finish sauce

    finish chicken and broccoli

    once broccoli and chicken are in the pan add soy sauce, chili garlic sauce and honey w/ 1/4 c water

    toss to coat and remove from the heat

    heat noodles

    microwaveable bowl, add noodles with 1t water, cover with damp paper towels and pinch of salt

    heat for 2 minutes, stir and plate

    top with chicken broccoli mix
