    halve and slice shallots into ½ rings juice lime and combine with shallots slice sweet potatoes into ¼ inch ½ rounds

    roasting the potatoes

    in 400 degree oven 2t olive oil, ¼ t salt, pinch pepper season with chili flake to taste

    combine turkey with cheddar jack, BBQ, ¼ t salt and a pinch pepper heat non stick with 1T oil over medium heat sear 2 -3 minutes per side transfer to oven with sweet potatoes and cook until 165 while cooking toast bun

    place burger on bun, top with pickled shallots, arugula and chipotle ranch
