Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Microwave Instructions

    Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Crumble cheese and set aside. Drain chicken, separate, and pat dry.

    In provided tray, combine chicken, corn, beans and their liquid, chili and cumin rub, and chipotle paste.

    Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until heated through, 3-4 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from microwave. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, guacamole, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds.

    To serve, fill tortillas with chicken mixture and top with guacamole-sour cream mixture, tortilla strips, and cheese. Bon appétit!

    Oven Instructions

    Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Crumble cheese and set aside. Drain chicken, separate, and pat dry.

    In provided tray, combine chicken, corn, beans and their liquid, chili and cumin rub, and chipotle paste.

    Place tray on a baking sheet. Bake uncovered in hot oven until heated through, 12-15 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from oven. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, guacamole, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds.

    To serve, fill tortillas with chicken mixture and top with guacamole-sour cream mixture, tortilla strips, and cheese. Bon appétit!
