1 Make the Salad
Thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry. Drain black beans and rinse. Hold romaine hearts at root end and chop coarsely. Halve tomatoes. Remove chicken from packaging and place in a bowl. Microwave until warm, 1-2 minutes. Place romaine, chicken, black beans, and tomatoes in a bowl and toss with dressing. Garnish with queso fresco, guacamole, and tortilla strips. Bon appétit!
