1 Start the Green Beans
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before cooking, and after handling raw meat and seafood. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry.
Trim green beans, if necessary. In provided tray, combine green beans, 2 tsp. olive oil, garlic salt, and a pinch of pepper. Cover tray with foil.Bake covered in hot oven, 15 minutes. While green beans bake, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Steak
Pat steaks dry, and season both sides with steak seasoning.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add steaks to hot pan and cook undisturbed until browned, 2-3 minutes per side.Remove from burner. After 15 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven and push green beans to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Transfer steaks to now-empty side of tray. -
3 Bake Meal, Heat Mashed Potatoes, and Make Aioli
Bake uncovered in hot oven until green beans are tender and steaks reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 5-7 minutes.
Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner. While meal bakes, add mashed potatoes to a microwave-safe bowl. Stir vigorously to combine. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Add sour cream and butter and stir vigorously until melted and combined. In a mixing bowl, combine horseradish sauce (to taste) and mayonnaise until smooth. Set aside.Carefully remove tray from oven. To serve, top green beans with crispy onions. Serve aioli (to taste) on the side for dipping. Bon appètit!
