If using ground beef, bake uncovered in hot oven until meatloaves reach minimum internal temperature, 25-30 minutes.

If using ground turkey, bake uncovered in hot oven until meatloaves reach minimum internal temperature, 30-35 minutes.

1 Start the Vegetables
Place Brussels sprouts, carrots, 1 Tbsp. olive oil, 1/2 tsp. salt, a pinch of pepper, and half the savory seasoning (reserve remaining for meatloaves) in provided tray. Massage oil and seasonings into vegetables. Spread into an even layer and cover with foil.
Bake covered in hot oven, 15 minutes.While vegetables bake, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Meatloaves
In a mixing bowl, combine panko and 1/4 cup water. Let sit, 1 minute.
After 1 minute, add ground pork, 1/2 tsp. salt, remaining savory seasoning, and a pinch of pepper. Stir until combined. Form mixture into two equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves, about 3" in length and 2" by height.After 15 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven. Remove foil and push vegetables to one side. Tray will be hot! use a utensil.Place meatloaves in now-empty side of tray. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender and meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 18-20 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven and evenly top meatloaves with bacon and cheese.Bake again uncovered in hot oven until cheese is melted, 3-4 minutes.Carefully remove tray from oven and drain any excess liquid. Stir softened butter into vegetables. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.To serve, slice meatloaf, if desired. Bon appétit!
