    Bake the Dish

Bake uncovered in hot oven until rice is tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-30 minutes. If using pork chops follow same instructions and bake in hot oven until pork reaches minimum internal temperature, 24-26 minutes. If using sirloin steaks, follow same instructions and bake in hot oven until steak reaches minimum internal temperature, 16-20 minutes. If rice needs more time, carefully transfer steaks to a plate and bake again until rice is tender, 8-10 minutes. Carefully, remove from oven.
