Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

    Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine orzo, demi-glace, 11/2 cups water, corn, 1/2 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray. Separate steak strips and evenly place on orzo. Season with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. Top with broccoli. Bake uncovered in hot oven until no pink remains on steak strips, 25-30 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Stir in butter and half the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish) until creamy. Garnish with remaining cheese. Bon appétit!
