Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine orzo, demi-glace, 1½ cups water, corn, ½ tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray. Separate steak strips and evenly place on orzo. Season with ¼ tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. Top with broccoli. Bake uncovered in hot oven until no pink remains on steak strips, 25-30 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Stir in butter and half the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish) until creamy. Garnish with remaining cheese. Bon appétit!
