You Will Need
Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Ground Pork 160° F
Cook the Green Beans
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine green beans, garlic pepper, and 2 tsp. olive oil in provided tray until green beans are coated.
Cover with foil. Bake covered in hot oven, 10 minutes.
Add the Chicken
Carefully remove tray from oven. Push green beans to one side. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.
Combine cream sauce and cornstarch in a mixing bowl.
Place spinach and bacon in empty side of tray. Top with cream sauce-cornstarch mixture.
Pat chicken dry. Place chicken on spinach and bacon and top with 1 tsp. olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 22-25 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Remove chicken to a plate. Stir spinach-bacon sauce to combine. Top chicken with sauce and green beans with crispy onions. Bon appétit!
