Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

1 Start the Vegetables
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before cooking, and after handling raw meat and seafood. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry.
Prick tomatoes with a fork all over. Place in provided tray and combine with mixed peppers, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 2 tsp. olive oil.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 15 minutes.Carefully remove tray from oven. -
2 Add the Sauce and Tortellini
Add tortellini, corn, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 cup water, cream base, cream cheese, smoked paprika, and shredded cheese. Cream cheese will melt as meal bakes.
Stir until combined and tortellini are fully coated.Cover tray with foil. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake again covered in hot oven until sauce is bubbling, vegetables are tender, and tortellini are heated through, 15-20 minutes.
While meal bakes, mince chives.Carefully remove tray from oven. Uncover and stir. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.To serve, top tortellini with chives. Bon appétit!
