Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
Seafood 145° F |
Chicken 165° F |
Ground Beef 160° F |
Ground Turkey 165° F |
Ground Pork 160° F
Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Massage rice in bag to break up any clumps.
Combine rice, beans, corn, 1 tsp. olive oil, and seasoning blend in provided tray. Spread into an even layer on one side of tray.
Add the Shrimp
Pat shrimp dry.
Add sauce to empty side of tray. Top with shrimp and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until shrimp reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 18-22 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir sour cream into sauce until combined. Garnish entire meal with cheese. Bon appétit!
