Roast The Potatoes
Halve potatoes lengthwise. Toss fingerling potatoes with 2 tsp. olive oil, BBQ seasoningt, and a pinch of salt and pepper on prepared baking sheet. Spread into a single layer and roast until golden brown and fork-tender, 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
While potatoes roast, prepare the ingredients. -
Prepare The Ingredients
Peel and mince shallot.
Refrigerate puff pastry until ready to use. -
Cook The Sausage
Remove Italian sausage from casing. "Heat a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Add 1 tsp. olive oil and Italian sausage to hot pan. Break into smaller pieces until no pink remains and sausage reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes."Add shallot and and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, 2-3 minutes.Add cream cheese and 2 Tbsp. water and stir to combine. -
Bake The Sausages
Remove puff pastry from fridge. Place filling evenly onto each square and fold each corner towards the center. Place on baking sheet with potatoes.
Bake in a hot oven until pastry is browned and crispy, 15-17 minutes. -
Make The Slaw and Finish The Dish
Add slaw mix and dressing to a mixing bowl until completely combined.
Add mustard and pepper flakes (to taste) to a small bowl until completely combined.Plate dish as pictured on front of card. Bon appétit!
