1 Cook the Meal
If using microwave: Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine poblano, corn, and 1 tsp. olive oil in one section of provided tray. Microwave uncovered, 3 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave. Stir flour into vegetables until no dry flour remains. Stir 1/4 cup water, cream base, seasoning blend, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper into vegetables. Drain chicken and pat dry. In empty section, combine chicken and pasta. Cover entire tray with a damp paper towel and microwave until warmed through, 4-5 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave. Stir lemon juice into vegetables. To serve, combine sauce, vegetables, chicken, and pasta and garnish with crispy jalapeños (to taste) and Parmesan. Bon appétit!

Place on a baking sheet and bake uncovered in hot oven until peppers begin to soften, 7-10 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Stir flour into vegetables until no dry flour remains. Stir 1/4 cup water, cream base, seasoning blend, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper into vegetables and combine. Drain chicken and pat dry. In empty section, combine chicken and pasta. Cover entire tray with foil and place on baking sheet. Bake covered until warmed through, 15-17 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Stir lemon juice into vegetables. To serve, combine sauce, vegetables, chicken, and pasta and garnish with crispy jalapeños (to taste) and Parmesan. Bon appétit!
