Prepare the Ingredients
Thinly slice mushrooms.
Trim broccolini and cut into 2" pieces.
Crisp the Prosciutto
Line a plate with a paper towel.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Remove prosciutto from refrigerator. Add prosciutto to hot pan in a single layer and cook undisturbed until crispy, 1-2 minutes per side.
Transfer prosciutto to towel-lined plate. Let cool, 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, break into smaller pieces.
Reserve pan; no need to wipe clean.
Cook the Vegetables
Return pan used to crisp prosciutto to medium heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil.
Add mushrooms and broccolini to hot pan. Stir occasionally until tender, 6-8 minutes.
Make Sauce and Finish Dish
Add garlic, seasoning blend, and wine to hot pan. Bring to a boil. Once boiling, cook until liquid is reduced by half, 2-3 minutes.
Add cream sauce base and ¼ tsp. salt. Return to a boil. Once boiling, cook until slightly thickened, 1-2 minutes.
Stir in pasta until combined and heated through, 1-2 minutes.
Remove from burner.
