Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

  • Ground Turkey 165° F |

    Cook the Pasta

    Once water is boiling, add pasta and cook until al dente, 12-13 minutes. Drain pasta in a colander. Set aside. While pasta cooks, prepare ingredients.

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Thinly slice mushrooms. Trim broccolini and cut into 2" pieces. Mince garlic.

    Crisp the Prosciutto

    Line a plate with a paper towel. Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Remove prosciutto from refrigerator. Add prosciutto to hot pan in a single layer and cook undisturbed until crispy, 1-2 minutes per side. Remove to towel-lined plate. Reserve pan; no need to wipe clean.

    Cook the Vegetables

    Return pan used to crisp prosciutto to medium heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil. Add mushrooms and broccolini to hot pan. Stir occasionally until tender, 6-8 minutes.

    Make Sauce and Finish Dish

    Add garlic, seasoning blend, and wine to hot pan. Bring to a boil. Once boiling, cook until liquid is reduced by half, 2-3 minutes. Add cream sauce base and ¼ tsp. salt. Return to a boil. Once boiling, cook until slightly thickened, 1-2 minutes. Stir in pasta until combined and heated through, 1-2 minutes. Remove from burner. Plate dish as pictured on front of card, breaking up prosciutto into smaller pieces and sprinkling over pasta. Bon appétit!
