Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Halve lemon lengthwise. Cut one half into wedges and juice the other half. Crush croutons into coarse crumbs. Drain chicken, separate, and pat dry.
Combine flour and cream base in one provided tray until no dry flour remains. Stir in 11/4 cups water, cream cheese, lemon juice, and garlic salt. Microwave uncovered until mixture begins to thicken, 4-5 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave and stir until creamy. Divide sauce, spinach, pasta, chicken, and half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for garnish) between both trays. Season each with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. Cover both trays with a damp paper towel. Microwave until chicken is heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave and stir to combine.To serve, garnish with crushed croutons and remaining Parmesan. Squeeze lemon wedges over to taste. Bon appétit! -

Cover both trays with foil and place on a baking sheet.
