A note about serious food allergies
Like the wizard children in Harry Potter, these three cheeses each have an important contribution to this pasta. The Parmesan is the utility player, the lead, with a nice lighting bolt tattooed on his forehead. The Asiago is slightly intellectual, a know-it-all that really does know it all. And the cream cheese is like everyone's favorite red-headed wizard child, accessible and homey. Three wizards, three cheeses, all for a pasta meal that's pure magic.
Tip: Make quick work of mincing garlic by smashing the whole clove with the side of your chef's knife. Then rock the knife back and forth, keeping the tip steady by resting your other hand over the top.
Due to our just-in-time sourcing model, we may have to send you a

Large Oven-Safe Non-Stick Pan
Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
Seafood 145° F |
Chicken 165° F |
Ground Beef 160° F |
Ground Turkey 165° F |
Ground Pork 160° F
Customize It Instructions
If using chicken breasts, pat chicken dry and, on a separate cutting board, cut into 1" dice. Follow same instructions as turkey in step 3, stirring occasionally until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes.
If using ground beef, follow same instructions as turkey in step 3, stirring occasionally until no pink remains on beef, 4-6 minutes.
Cook the Pasta
Once water is boiling, add pasta and cook until al dente, 8-10 minutes.
Reserve 1 cup pasta cooking water. Drain pasta into a colander and set aside.
While pasta cooks, prepare ingredients.
Prepare the Ingredients
Coarsely chop spinach.
Cook the Turkey
Place a large oven-safe non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil. Add turkey and ¼ tsp. salt to hot pan. Break turkey into small pieces with a spoon until no pink remains, 5-7 minutes.
Add garlic and stir constantly until aromatic, 30-60 seconds.
Make the Pesto Cream
Add ¾ cup reserved pasta cooking water to pan and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, add cream cheese, Parmesan, pesto, and a pinch of pepper. Stir constantly until cream cheese melts and sauce is creamy, 1-2 minutes.
Stir in pasta, spinach, and ¼ tsp. salt until combined. If dry, add remaining pasta cooking water, 1 Tbsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
Remove from burner.
Bake Pasta and Finish Dish
Top pasta evenly with Asiago.
Place pan in hot oven and bake until cheese is melted and bubbly, 6-9 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven (handle will be hot!) and rest, 3-5 minutes.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card. Bon appétit!
