Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

If using ground beef, follow same instructions as ground pork in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

If using ground turkey, follow same instructions as ground pork in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 22-25 minutes.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine pasta, spinach, cream base, marinara, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray. -
2 Make the Meatballs
Combine ground pork, panko, garlic salt, half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for topping), and half the ricotta (remaining is yours to use as you please!) in a mixing bowl. Form into six equally-sized meatballs.
Place meatballs on pasta. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven.To serve, garnish with red pepper flakes (to taste) and remaining Parmesan. Bon appétit!
