If using whole chicken breasts, follow same instructions as pork in Steps 2 and 3, cooking until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 24-26 minutes.

If using sirloin, follow same instructions as pork in Steps 2 and 3, cooking until steak reaches minimum internal temperature, 24-26 minutes.

Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine broccoli, roasted red peppers, 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/2 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray. Push to one side.Place crackers in a mixing bowl and crush until the consistency of panko. Combine with half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for pork). Top vegetables with cracker-Parmesan mixture. -
Add the Pork
Pat pork chops dry and add to empty side of tray. Crumble cheese spread and place on pork. Top pork with marinara and remaining Parmesan.

Bake the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until pork chops reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 24-26 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Rest pork 3 minutes, then garnish with red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit!
