These aren't the kind of truffles covered in chocolate and filled with cream. These truffles grow wild in the forest, are found by pigs, and are known for their culinary delicacy. Just a touch of the oil on the pasta, and you'll be awash in the unique, rich flavor.

Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Customize It Instructions
If using 20 oz. steak strips, follow same instructions as 10 oz. steak strips, working in batches if necessary.
If using Italian sausage, remove from casing, if necessary. Break up sausage until no pink remains and sausage reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.
If using sliced pork, pat dry, coarsely chop, then separate pieces. Stir occasionally until pork reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.
Prepare the Ingredients
Coarsely crush croutons in shipping bag.Coarsely chop spinach.Pat steak strips dry. Coarsely chop, then separate pieces. Season all over with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper.
Cook the Steak Strips
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.Add steak strips to hot pan and stir occasionally until no pink remains and steak strips reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 4-6 minutes.Stir in chimichurri seasoning and peas until peas are heated through, 1-2 minutes.
Add the Sauce and Pasta
Add cream base, cheese, pasta, 2 Tbsp. water, and 1/4 tsp. salt to hot pan. Stir occasionally until sauce starts to thicken, 1-2 minutes.Add spinach and stir until just wilted, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner. Add red pepper flakes (to taste).
Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, drizzling truffle oil (to taste) over pasta and garnishing with crushed croutons. Bon appétit!
