If using 20 oz. ground beef, follow same instructions as 10 oz. ground beef, forming four patties instead of two and stacking two to serve.
If using ground turkey, follow same instructions as ground beef in Step 5, cooking until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes per side.
If using steak strips, spread into a single layer, pat dry, and coarsely chop. Follow same instructions as ground beef in Step 5, stirring occasionally until no pink remains and steak strips reach minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes. Form 2 “piles” of steak strips and top with cheese. Let melt, 3 minutes.
