Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Prepare The Ingredients
Trim ends off green beans.
Cut mushrooms into ¼" slices.
Set butter on counter to soften.
Prepare The Chicken
Pat chicken breasts dry, and season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper. Top evenly with mayo and panko.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil. Add chicken breasts, panko side down, to hot pan, and cook until browned, 3-5 minutes. Flip and cook until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken to a plate and tent with foil. Remove from burner.
While chicken cooks, prepare the vegetables.
Cook The Green Beans
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add green beans and cook 1 minute. Add 2 Tbsp water, garlic salt, and a pinch of pepper. Cover, and cook until almost tender, 5-7 minutes.
Remove cover and add mushrooms. Cook, stirring occasionally, until browned, 3-4 minutes.
