    Make the Wrap

    Thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry. Microwave chicken until warm, 1-2 minutes. Tear or coarsely chop romaine lettuce. Tear or coarsely chop cilantro. Place tortillas on a clean work surface. Top with cheese, crispy jalapeños (to taste), lettuce, chicken, cilantro, and dressing. Fold sides of tortilla in and roll tortilla up from the bottom, enclosing the filling. Repeat with second wrap and enjoy!
