Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Prepare the Ingredients
Cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces, if necessary.
Coarsely crush potato sticks.Pat chicken breasts dry, and season both sides with a pinch of pepper. -
Prepare the Chicken
In a mixing bowl, combine hot sauce (to taste) and softened cream cheese until smooth.
Place chicken on one side of prepared baking sheet. Top evenly with cream cheese-hot sauce mixture and potato sticks, pressing gently to adhere. -
Prepare the Cauliflower
In another mixing bowl, combine cauliflower, 1 Tbsp. olive oil, seasoning blend, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Transfer cauliflower to empty side of baking sheet and spread into a single layer on their side. -
Roast the Chicken and Cauliflower
Roast chicken and cauliflower in hot oven, 18 minutes.
Carefully, remove from oven and top cauliflower with cheese.Roast again until cheese is melted and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes. -
