  • Step 1 - Make the Grain Bowl

    Make the Grain Bowl

    Refrigerate prosciutto and goat cheese until ready to use. Thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry. Quarter apple and remove core. Cut into ½" dice. Mix wheatberries with 1 Tbsp. water in a microwave safe bowl. Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave until warm, 2 minutes, stirring once halfway through. Microwave prosciutto until crisp, 2-3 minutes. Once prosciutto is cool enough to handle, break into bite-sized pieces. Place spring mix, apple, and wheatberries in a bowl and toss with mustard and dressing. Top with crispy prosciutto and goat cheese (breaking up with your hands if needed). Bon appétit!
