Recipe Steps

    Make the Sandwich

    Thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry. Place prosciutto on a plate and microwave until crisp, 2-3 minutes. Halve mozzarella and halve roll. Top bottom half of roll with mozzarella and toast until cheese is melted, 1-2 minutes. When cool enough to handle, break prosciutto into bite-sized pieces. Slice tomato into ¼" rounds. Top bottom half of roll with crisped prosciutto, tomato, arugula, and a drizzle of basil oil. Spread mayonnaise on top half of roll and place on top of sandwich. Bon appétit!
