Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Ground Pork 160° F
Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine roasted red peppers, potatoes, 2 tsp. olive oil, and ¼ tsp. salt in provided tray. Push to one side.
If using steak, bake vegetables in hot oven, 10 minutes.
Add the Chicken
Place chicken in empty side of tray and top evenly with a pinch of salt and pepper, and mayonnaise. Crumble cheese spread and place on mayonnaise, pressing gently to adhere.
If using steak, follow same instructions. (Careful! Tray will be hot.)
Bake the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
If using steak, bake uncovered in hot oven until steak reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven and remove chicken to a plate. Add peas to vegetables. Bake uncovered again until warmed through and vegetables are tender, 5-8 minutes.
While vegetables cook, coarsely crush crispy red peppers and sprinkle over chicken.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Add half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for garnish), butter, and a pinch of salt. Stir until butter is melted.
Top vegetables with remaining Parmesan. Bon appétit!
