If using antibiotic free chicken, follow same instructions.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Finely chop pecans.In a mixing bowl, combine panko, pecans, and 1 tsp. olive oil. Set aside.Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. coarse black pepper (reserve 1/4 tsp. for sauce). -
2 Assemble the Broccoli and Chicken
Place broccoli on one side of prepared baking sheet and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil and 1/4 tsp. salt. Spread into a single layer on their side.
In another mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and mustard (to taste). Set aside.Place chicken on empty side of sheet. Evenly top with mustard mixture (to taste), then pecan mixture, pressing gently to adhere. -
3 Roast the Broccoli and Chicken
Roast in hot oven until broccoli is tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.While broccoli and chicken roast, continue recipe. -
4 Make Sauce and Finish Dish
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine creme fraiche, half the chicken base (remaining is yours to use as you please!), 1/4 tsp. reserved coarse black pepper, and 1 Tbsp. water.
Microwave uncovered until heated through, 20-30 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave and stir to combine.If too thick, add additional water, 1 tsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached.To serve, top broccoli with sauce. Bon appétit!
