Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

1 Filet Mignon Instructions
Pat filet mignon dry. We recommend seasoning both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add 2 tsp. olive oil and steaks to hot pan and cook until browned and steaks reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 5-8 minutes per side. Remove steaks to a plate, tent with foil, and rest at least 5 minutes. -
2 Chicken Breast Instructions
Pat chicken dry. We recommend seasoning both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper.
Use a large non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat and cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side. -
3 Bacon Instructions
If using bacon, line a plate with a paper towel. Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add bacon to hot pan. Flip occasionally until crisp, 6-8 minutes. Transfer to towel-lined plate to remove excess oil.

4 Jumbo Shrimp Instructions
Pat shrimp dry. We recommend seasoning both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper.
Heat 2 tsp. olive oil in a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add shrimp to hot pan and cook undisturbed until opaque and shrimp reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 2-3 minutes per side.
