Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, follow same instructions.

    Start the Vegetables

    Spray provided tray with cooking spray.

    Trim green beans, if necessary.

    Prick tomatoes all over with a fork. If you receive one whole tomato instead, not to worry; simply core tomato, cut into 1/2" dice, and proceed with recipe instructions.

    Place greens beans in prepared tray and toss with 1 Tbsp. olive oil, half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for chicken), and a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread into an even layer and cover tray with foil.

    Bake covered in hot oven, 15 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from oven and drain any excess liquid. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.

    Add mushrooms, leeks, tomatoes, and lemon n herb seasoning. Stir to combine and push vegetables to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.

    Add Chicken and Bake Meal

    Pat chicken dry and season both sides with remaining garlic salt and a pinch of salt and pepper.

    Place chicken in empty side of tray and evenly top with 1 tsp. olive oil.

    Cover vegetables with foil.

    Bake half-covered (vegetables covered, chicken uncovered) in hot oven until vegetables are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from oven and drain any excess liquid. Tray will be hot! Use caution.

    Stir softened butter into vegetables until combined. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.

    While meal bakes, continue recipe.

    Make Sauce and Finish Meal

    In a microwave-safe bowl, combine creme fraiche, mustard (to taste), and 1 Tbsp. water.

    Microwave uncovered until heated through, 30-60 seconds.

    Carefully remove from microwave and stir to combine.

    If too thick, add additional water, 1 tsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached.

    To serve, top chicken with sauce and garnish vegetables with cheese and almonds. Bon appétit!
