    Make The Meal

    If using microwave,. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine rice, corn, beans, and half of the enchilada sauce in provided tray. Top with brisket, ¼ tsp salt, a pinch of pepper, and remaining enchilada sauce. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until warmed through 5-8 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microwave. Garnish with jalapenos, sour cream, and cheese. If using oven, preheat oven to 375 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine rice, corn, beans, and half of the enchilada sauce in provided tray. Top with brisket, ¼ tsp salt, a pinch of pepper, and remaining enchilada sauce. Cover tray with foil. Bake until warmed through 15-17 minutes. Carefully remove tray from oven. Garnish with jalapenos, sour cream, and cheese Bon appétit! "
