Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

1 Prepare The Ingredients
Zest and halve lemon. Cut one half into wedges and juice the other half.
Halve tomatoes.Mince garlic. -
2 Cook The Salmon
Pat salmon fillets dry, and season flesh side with seasoning blend and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add 2 tsp. olive oil and salmon, skin side up, to hot pan. Sear on one side until golden brown, 2-4 minutes. Transfer to prepared baking sheet, seared side up. Roast in hot oven until salmon is firm and reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 7-10 minutes.Reserve pan; no need to wipe clean. -
3 Cook The Vegetables and Pasta
In the same pan over medium high heat, add 2 tsp olive oil. Add tomatoes and garlic to pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, 5-7 minutes.
Add pasta to medium pot of water and cook 3 minutes. Drain. -
4 Add Pasta
Add white wine, mirepoix concentrate, and 2 Tbsp lemon juice and bring to a simmer.
Add cornstarch and 1/4 cup water to a small bowl until combined. Add cornstarch mixture and pasta and bring to a simmer. -
5 Make Crema and Finish The Dish
Add sour cream and lemon zest to a small bowl until completely combined.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pasta with chives. Bon appétit!
