Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Set butter on counter to soften. Using hands, break broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Combine broccoli, potatoes, garlic pepper, and 1/4 tsp. salt in one section of provided tray. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until broccoli is tender, 4-5 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microwave. Drain steak and pat dry. Add steak to empty section of tray. Cover tray again with a damp paper towel. Microwave until steak is heated through, 3-4 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microwave. Top vegetables with shredded cheese and let melt, 3-4 minutes. In a mixing bowl, add softened butter, pesto, and Parmesan and mix well. Top steak with pesto butter and vegetables with crispy onions. Bon appétit!

2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Set butter on counter to soften. Using hands, break broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Combine broccoli, potatoes, garlic pepper, and 1/4 tsp. salt in one section of provided tray. Cover tray with foil and place on baking sheet. Bake covered in hot oven until broccoli is tender, 15-17 minutes. Carefully remove tray from oven. Drain steak and pat dry. Add steak to empty section of tray. Cover tray again with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake in hot oven until steak is heated through, 10-12 minutes. Carefully remove tray from oven. Top vegetables with shredded cheese and let melt, 3 minutes. In a mixing bowl, add softened butter, pesto, and Parmesan and mix well. Top steak with pesto butter and vegetables with crispy onions.
