Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    Prepare The Ingredients

    Form ground turkey into two patties, about 4" in diameter. Season both sides with half the seasoned salt blend and drizzle with 1 tsp. olive oil.

    Place potatoes, remaining seasoned salt, and 1 tsp olive oil in provided grill bag. Shake gently to mix.

    Grill The Meal

    Place grill bag on hot grill and cook until potatoes are warmed through, 12-15 minutes. Do not close grill.

    Place patties on hot grill. Grill until patties reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 6-8 minutes per side.

    Remove patties from grill and top with cheese.

    Place buns on grill, cut side down, and toast, 30-60 seconds.

    Finish The Dish

    Carefully, open grill bag and scoop out potatoes.

    Slather top bun with mustard and cherry preserves.

    Plate dish as pictured on front of card, placing burger on bun and topping with crispy onions, and top bun. Bon appétit!
