Before You Cook

Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    Start the Gnocchi and Vegetables

    In provided tray, combine gnocchi, mushrooms, kale, and 1 tsp. olive oil. Cover with foil.

    Bake covered in hot oven until vegetables are tender, 12-15 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from oven.

    Add the Sauce

    Add cream base, onion jam, mirepoix base, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper to tray. Stir to combine. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.

    Evenly top with Italian cheese blend.

    Bake the Meal

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until cheese melts and sauce is bubbling, 10-15 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven.

    To serve, top gnocchi with crispy onions and Parmesan. Bon appétit!
