Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |

  • Ground Turkey 165° F |

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and label, if needed. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging.

    Combine 1/4 cup water, pasta, sour cream, demi-glace, caramelized onions, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in bottom of provided tray.

    Add Chicken and Topping

    Season with a pinch of salt. Place chicken on pasta in a single layer. Top evenly with mozzarella. Coarsely crush croutons in bag and sprinkle over dish.

    Bake the Dish

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until golden brown and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes. Bon appétit!
