Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. Reserve lid. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine peas, red bell pepper, and half the seasoned salt (reserve remaining for meatloaves) in provided tray. Push to one side. -
2 Prepare the Meatloaves
Combine half the crispy onions (reserve remaining for garnish), ricotta, remaining seasoned salt, panko, and ground beef on reserved tray lid. Form into two equal-sized loaves.
Place in empty space in provided tray. Top with cheese.If using ground pork or ground turkey, follow same instructions. -
3 Bake the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 20-22 minutes.
If using ground pork, follow same instructions. If using ground turkey, bake uncovered in hot oven until meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-22 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. Top with remaining crispy onions. Bon appétit!
