If using antibiotic free chicken breast, follow same instructions.

If using sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cookin a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp olive oil until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

1 Start the Green Beans
Spray provided trays with cooking spray.
Trim green beans, if necessary.Place green beans and 1/4 cup water in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with a damp paper towel.Microwave covered until fork-tender, 8-12 minutes, stirring once halfway through.Carefully remove from microwave. Drain any excess liquid from bowl.While green beans microwave, continue recipe. -
2 Bake the Chicken
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with garlic pepper, rotisserie chicken seasoning, and 1/4 tsp. salt.
Place chicken in one prepared provided tray. Top evenly with 1 tsp. olive oil.Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 18-22 minutes. Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.While chicken bakes, continue recipe. -
3 Finish Green Beans and Finish Meal
Add potato spice seasoning, cream base, half the cheese (reserve remaining for topping), 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper to bowl with green beans.
Stir until combined and transfer green beans to second prepared tray. Green beans will be hot! Use a utensil. Spread into an even layer and top evenly with remaining cheese and 2 tsp. olive oil.Bake uncovered in hot oven until bubbling and browned, 12-15 minutes.Carefully remove both trays from oven.To serve, top chicken with softened butter. Bon appétit!
