Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using antibiotic free chicken breast, follow same instructions.

  • If using sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cookin a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp olive oil until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

    Start the Green Beans

    Spray provided trays with cooking spray.

    Trim green beans, if necessary.

    Place green beans and 1/4 cup water in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with a damp paper towel.

    Microwave covered until fork-tender, 8-12 minutes, stirring once halfway through.

    Carefully remove from microwave. Drain any excess liquid from bowl.

    While green beans microwave, continue recipe.

    Bake the Chicken

    Pat chicken dry and season both sides with garlic pepper, rotisserie chicken seasoning, and 1/4 tsp. salt.

    Place chicken in one prepared provided tray. Top evenly with 1 tsp. olive oil.

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 18-22 minutes.

    Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

    While chicken bakes, continue recipe.

    Finish Green Beans and Finish Meal

    Add potato spice seasoning, cream base, half the cheese (reserve remaining for topping), 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper to bowl with green beans.

    Stir until combined and transfer green beans to second prepared tray. Green beans will be hot! Use a utensil. Spread into an even layer and top evenly with remaining cheese and 2 tsp. olive oil.

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until bubbling and browned, 12-15 minutes.

    Carefully remove both trays from oven.

    To serve, top chicken with softened butter. Bon appétit!
