Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Start the Green Beans

    Spray provided tray with cooking spray.

    Trim green beans, if necessary.

    Combine green beans, 1 tsp. olive oil, garlic pepper, and 1/4 tsp. salt in provided tray. Massage oil and seasonings into green beans. Spread into an even layer. Cover tray with foil.

    Bake covered in hot oven, 15 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from oven.

    Add the Chicken

    Pat chicken dry and season all over with rotisserie chicken seasoning and a pinch of pepper.

    Push green beans to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.

    Place chicken in now-empty side and top with 1 tsp. olive oil. Cover green bean side with foil.

    Bake Meal and Heat Sauce

    Bake half covered (green beans covered, chicken uncovered), in hot oven until green beans are tender and chicken reaches a minimum is internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.

    While meal bakes, place tomato feta sauce in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered until melted, 20-30 seconds.

    Carefully remove sauce from microwave and tray from oven. Transfer chicken to a plate.

    Add pesto and onion jam to green beans and stir to combine.

    To serve, top chicken with melted tomato feta sauce and cheese. Bon appétit!
