Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Start the Green Beans
Spray provided tray with cooking spray.
Trim green beans, if necessary.Combine green beans, 1 tsp. olive oil, garlic pepper, and 1/4 tsp. salt in provided tray. Massage oil and seasonings into green beans. Spread into an even layer. Cover tray with foil.Bake covered in hot oven, 15 minutes.Carefully remove tray from oven. -
2 Add the Chicken
Pat chicken dry and season all over with rotisserie chicken seasoning and a pinch of pepper.
Push green beans to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Place chicken in now-empty side and top with 1 tsp. olive oil. Cover green bean side with foil. -
3 Bake Meal and Heat Sauce
Bake half covered (green beans covered, chicken uncovered), in hot oven until green beans are tender and chicken reaches a minimum is internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
While meal bakes, place tomato feta sauce in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered until melted, 20-30 seconds.Carefully remove sauce from microwave and tray from oven. Transfer chicken to a plate.Add pesto and onion jam to green beans and stir to combine.To serve, top chicken with melted tomato feta sauce and cheese. Bon appétit!
