Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Prepare The Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Combine broccoli, 12 tsp olive oil and seasoned salt in provided tray until completely combined. Spread into a single layer. Bake in hot oven for 15 minutes.

    Add Pork Chops and Toppings

    Pat pork chops dry, and season with ¼ tsp salt and a pinch of pepper. Move broccoli to one side of tray and add chops to empty side. Top chops evenly with goat cheese crumbles and walnuts.

    Finish The Dish

    Continue to bake until broccoli is tender and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 15-18 minutes. Transfer pork chops to a plate. Stir butter into broccoli until completely combined and top with balsamic glaze. Bon appétit!
